Mon 8th March: watch 2nd reading Lords + questions to Ed Balls

Monday is the day set for the second reading of the Children Schools and Families Bill in the House of Lords. A conspicuous number of peers have put their names down to speak in this debate. You can watch here on the parliament channel or recorded later here.
